Abracadabra – 5 Wisdom Tips I learned from Jaden Sterling to Generate Wealth.

Recently I attended a seminar and Jaden Sterling was one of the speakers. He provided some great insights on how to attract money and create opportunities in your business and life.   Here are the 5 takeaways I learned from Jaden.

1. Know what is your opportunity funnel

Your opportunity funnel defines your non-negotiable. It helps you decide what opportunities you are going to say yes to and what you are going to say no to with grace and ease without feeling guilty. It helps you filter the way you ‘give’ that aligns with your values and beliefs.   After all time is a precious commodity, once a moment is gone you can’t get it back. Use your time wisely and spend it with the people who you love and doing things that stirs your heart and is important for you.  So take the time to get clear and define what is important to you, and what criteria an opportunity needs to meet. This will help you determine when to give and invest in an opportunity that is worth your time, energy and money.

2. Go Deep or Go Home

As humans we are wired to be connected with one another. In this day and age, even though we are more connected than ever with each another via high tech ‘figuratively’ speaking, the convenience and the amount of information and ease for people and information vying for our attention, distracts us from having a deep connection with each another.   A lot of times we only make time to enjoy the light, surface, immediacy part of connecting with another.   However, when it comes to making an impact and leaving an impression on someone, they key is to slow down and take the time to get to the core and engage in what matters at the heart. People are craving to be heard. Connect with people, show up and be present for conversations. Go deep and have such an impact on someone, that they will leave remembering the extraordinary conversation they had with you. Next time, they need a service or product you have, an opportunity might come knocking. This leads us into the next point.

3. Creating Money

There are many formulas to create your wealth.   One that I have heard time and time again is to have creativity and discipline. What is important is to find ways to combine and balance, creativity and discipline in finding people who you’d like to serve, showcasing your ideas and gifts to the them, and forming a genuine connection with them at the heart.   This is what generates opportunities. Thus, get imaginative and creative, have the discipline to find ways to connect with people who you’d like to serve and how you can serve them to add value in their lives. This will lead to opportunities to make money doing what you love.

4. Give from your overflow

We all know giving is good karma on so many different levels.   As Deepak Chopra says “Giving and receiving is equally important to keep the flow of love, joy and abundance circulating in our lives”. It’s also good for our heart, our health, and our soul. Jaden encourages the practice of healthy giving. Give from a place of overflow, instead of giving without boundaries and limits. Know what you need to do for yourself first. Fill yourself up with overflow, and then give freely from your overflow.

5. Abracadabra

A Hebrew phrase when translated to English means “I create what I speak”. Jaden suggests to ‘try on’ saying Abracadabra, when you first wake up in the morning. As your brain slowly awakens from your sleep state, you are transitioning into the alpha state of the mind. In this state, scientific research has shown that we can access our intuition, imagination and connect with our subconscious and the universal consciousness more readily than in our fully awake state. For those who believe in the philosophies of Law of Attraction, this could be a powerful mantra to say as you wake up and set the intention to tune your energy and thoughts into deliberately creating the life you desire.
